MANILA—AC Health and Glorious Dexa Mandaya Philippines, a subsidiary of Indonesia’s Dexa Group, are forming a strategic alliance aimed at strengthening the delivery of affordable, high-quality medicines for Filipinos.
The partnership will focus on the distribution of affordable medicines and other medical products developed by Dexa Group, leveraging AC Health’s integrated ecosystem—covering over 800 Generika and St. Joseph Drug stores, more than 220clinics and 6 hospitals under Healthway Medical Network, and the groups importation and distribution arm, IE Medica, which supports the introduction of new and relevant therapeutic solutions into the Philippines market.

Together, we aim to serve more communities and deliver better value and outcomes for patients.”
The partnership also signals the creation of a joint project committee and the exploration of long-term synergies in distribution, wholesale, and innovation in health delivery across the country.
“More than a commercial collaboration, this is a convergence of purpose,” said Ferry Soetikno, CEO of Dexa Group. “By bringing together Dexa’s research capabilities with AC Health’s reach and mission-driven orientation, we are laying the groundwork for a more inclusive and future-ready healthcare system.”
