MANILA – AC Health formalized its alliance with Singapore-based ABC Impact through a ceremonial signing on Thursday, which was attended by leaders from both organizations and Singaporean Ambassador to the Philippines Constance See.
The signing follows the closing of the investment agreement in which ABC Impact has committed to subscribe to a 16%minority stake in AC Health. The capital infusion will accelerate AC Health’s mission of transforming health for every Filipino.

With the fresh capital, AC Health will expand its network to at least 10 hospitals, 300clinics, and 1,150 pharmacies by 2027. The investment will also enable the company to strengthen its capabilities in digital health and data-driven innovations, allowing for more efficient, patient-centered care.

Impact-driven Investment
ABC Impact, established in 2019 by Temasek and Temasek Trust, is a private equity fund dedicated to delivering measurable impact alongside sustainable financial returns. The firm has previously invested in healthcare providers in India, Vietnam, and China. This strategic investment in AC Health marks the company's entry into the Philippine healthcare sector, expanding its regional footprint.
